Willis McDowell is the Pastor of Victory Praise Community Church and Co-Founder of Victory Restoration Ministries a charitable trust set up by Victory Praise.

Willis has a heart to see the local church and each of its members make a difference through-out the villages, towns and cities that God has placed them. His passion for the lost resound in everything that he is involved in and this can be seen from his funny, realistic, thought-provoking style of teaching.
